PROJECT MANAGEMENT


Our services include conceptual planning and design, turn key construction and full installation of projects of all sizes and budgets. Renovation and new chalet addition projects would involve the following process when executing building works:

  • Organize a tender process for all trade companies to ensure both fair and competitive quotations.
  • Formation of project team to include specific trade enterprises, structural engineer and/or an architect (where required).
  • Propose most efficient and cost effective method of construction to ensure costs remain within the set budget.
  • Evaluate construction through the design development phase to ensure owner fully understands cost implications.
  • Agree construction timeline with selected contractors to ensure works can be complete within overall project timeline.  Prepare all contracts with trade enterprises.
  • Manage the project to ensure the work keeps to the client’s specific requirements and stays within a set budget.
  • When required request authorisation from the Commune with specific plans drawn by our architect.
  • Identify areas that require a specialist construction contractor e.g. an engineer’s report for heavy masonry work.
  • Conduct daily site meetings with trade companies to ensure quality work and progress with project timeline.
  • Control trade quotations against actual work performed on site to ensure all trade invoices are correct.
  • Maintain up-to-date project accounts.
  • Prepare final project accounts for client handover.
